How quickly will I hear back?
Two working days, usually the same afternoon. If it is a wholesale enquiry in the fortnight either side of an opening it can stretch to four, and I will say so in the reply rather than leaving you guessing.
Can I visit the studio?
Yes, Tuesday to Thursday, by appointment. It is a working floor with four people in it, so a visit means standing at the cutting table while somebody works around you. Most buyers say that is the useful part.
Do you do press loans?
Gladly. Two-week loan, insured both ways, with the material sheet for anything you photograph. We do not ask for approval over copy and we never have.
What if something arrives damaged?
Send a photograph and it is replaced or refunded that week, no return needed first. It has happened four times in nine years and twice it was our stitching.
Will you make a custom piece?
Only from an existing pattern in a cloth we already hold. One-off design work sounds lovely and it takes the studio off the collection for a fortnight, which the shops that stock us have already paid for.
Do you sell anywhere online?
Only made to order, through this site. There is no marketplace listing and no third-party shop with our name on it. If you see one, it is not us.
